- This is the airport we recommend flying into as it is the closest to the venue, about a 1 hour drive.- If utilizing the shuttle, this is the location that you will be picked up and dropped off.

We are providing accommodation for these 3 nights. Dates cannot be extended.

Tenuta Riseccoli

1. Rent a Car:- Rent a car so that you can come and go as you please.- Ideal if you would like to explore the area or plan on extending your trip.- If utilizing this option, you must obtain an international driver permit (IDP) 2. Shuttle:- Pickup on 08/06 from the Florence train station and drop off at your accommodation.- You will also be brought back to the Florence trainstation or airport on 08/09.- Ideal if you do not want to extend your trip.

Things to consider when traveling internationally?

- Notify your bank/credit card company of travel dates. You may be charged an exchange fee.- Check if your cellular provider has an international plan. If not, you can purchase an eSIM prior to travel.- Bring a universal charging block. The outlets in Europe are different than the ones at home. Make sure you have an adapter block so that you can use your devices.- Get Euros so you have cash if needed. This can be done through your bank prior to travel. You can also exchange currency abroad but there will be a higher exchange rate.- Uber is not as widely available. Popular pick-up apps include appTaxi and IT taxi. Consider installing these apps prior to your trip.- Tipping is not customary. If you receive execptional service and would like to tip, 5-10% is sufficient.- Dial 112 in an emergency (not 911)
